Redefine the visual identity and product experience of the platform through a complete rebrand and responsive web app redesign.
The challenge was to build a cohesive brand from the ground up while simultaneously designing a scalable, intuitive product - aligning identity, functionality, and usability across both the client admin and recipient redemption flows, and ensuring a consistent experience across all devices.

Led the complete rebrand and visual direction of the platform, including typography, colour system, and UI language
