New Reset is a concept mobile app designed for a health-conscious restaurant that puts ingredient transparency at the centre of the ordering experience.
Built for users with dietary needs and restrictions, the app removes the guesswork from dining out - surfacing ingredients, nutritional values, and personalisation options clearly and early in the flow.

Challenge
Dining out with dietary restrictions means relying on waitstaff, guessing from vague menu descriptions, or simply avoiding unfamiliar dishes altogether. Most restaurant apps don't surface ingredient-level detail until after an order is placed - or not at all.
The goal was to design an experience where users know exactly what's in a dish before they order, reducing friction for people with allergies, intolerances, or specific nutritional goals, without slowing down the ordering process for anyone else.

My Contribution
Mapped the end-to-end user journey, identifying key pain points across browsing, selecting, and ordering
Defined the core product goal - enabling users to know ingredients in advance - and set order volume and restaurant ranking as primary success metrics
Designed the full app flow from Home Screen through to post-order feedback, including Filter System, dish detail pages, and Order Summary
Built a Filter System supporting categories, product type, rating, and price range
Designed detailed dish pages surfacing ingredients, macros (kcal, grams, proteins, carbs, fats), and add-on options
Built a personalisation layer allowing users to add toppings and leave dietary restriction notes per order
Designed the Order Summary, Payment Flow, Status Tracking, and post-order Feedback screens
Applied a consistent UI with both light and dark mode throughout
